Method of Doorplate Location Based on Morphology in Corridor

Proposing a new method of locating doorplate in an corridor environment.After capturing the door images in different angles and various illumination environments,robert edge detection,morphological operation and smoothing operation method are used to detect and locate the position of doorplate image so as to ensure the accuracy of doorplate identification.The experimental result show that the method can locate the doorplates accurately and real time.
