Research on Mass Customization Oriented Flexible Product Platform
firstly,the concept,structure and collocation method of product platform are introduced.Secondly,the concept of flexible product platform is introduced.The framework of flexible product platform and its formulation are proposed.Thirdly,key technologies in developing flexible product platform are explained in details.In this process,methods of gaining customer requirements and partial uncertainties of future products are analyzed.As product development trend,known uncertainties are used to guide the current product design.Through mapping between parameters and the physical structure,the critical flexible elements are got.By extracting common and flexible elements,flexible product platform is established.Unique elements are added to the platform so as to derive members of the product family.Finally,the evaluation methods of product platform are showed.
