Research of the Application of RBF Neural Network to the Evaluation of Atmosphere Environmental Quality of Guiyang

In this essay the measured data of air pollution index (API) was trained by building Radial Basis Function Artificial Neural Network (RBF-ANN). A model was built to fit and evaluate urban API on the basis of the concentration of SO2,NO2and repairable paniculate matter (PM10) in atmosphere.The result of the application example showed that the application of RBF neural network in atmosphere environmental quality assessment was feasible and reasonable.And a forecasting model of the time series of API of the investigated city was built with the method of RBF neural network to research and predict the varying trend of API.
