Evaluation system and empirical research of scientific and technical strength—A case study on various regions in Hebei province

摘要：

This paper analyzes the component factors of scientific and technical strength,establishes the index system and evaluates the strength of various regions in Hebei province and get some important results.The evaluation results not only reflect the development conditions of the scientific and technical strength of Hebei province but also present a decision for improving the scientific and technical strength.
