On the application of blog in the education technology training for middle school teachers in the rural areas of Qujing,Yunnan province
The aim of education technology training for middle school teachers is not only for the teachers to learn and acquire the knowledge and skill of education technology,but also for them to use it effectively in education and teaching.Therefore,we should focus on the results of the technology application in the teaching after the training.Teachers reflection is one of the most important channels to learn the application state of the education technology in the teaching,and it is also of great significance for the growth of teachers.To improve the training effect,the study integrates the internet technology and the teaching reflection into the blog,gives play to strong points,and explores and develops a scientific and practical teachers reflection tactics with the platform of blog.Build a teachers learning community on blog,which can better the cooperation and reflection of the teachers,help them share the practical experience of success,and promote the middle school and primary school teachers to effectively use the education technology.
