Research on Construction Enterprise Supply Chain Management model

摘要：

The construction industry is facing severe challenges.Generally speaking,the implementation of the construction industry in the world are not satisfactory.Effective Construction Supply Chain management can change this phenominon.This paper focus on how to improve Construction Supply Chain management.The author firstly explains the characteristics of the Construction Supply Chain,then analv sizes the main factors of successful Supply Chains Management.Afterwards current situation of Construction Supply Chain in China is given.The main contribution of this paper is many effective advices to improve Construction Supply Chain management.
