Research Of IMC-Fed PMSM Control System Using Sensorless Technique

A novel controller design for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system is proposed In this paper,which is fed by indirect matrix converter (IMC) and sensorless technique.Firstly,the indirect matrix converter is introduced,including its configuration and working principle.Secondly,a PMSM close-loop drive system based on PI controller is designed,which performs satisfying transient response and load disturbance rejection abilities.In addition,sensorless technique is designed and used in this system.Lastly,the simulation results are presented,demonstrating that the design of an indirect matrix converter PMSM drive using sensorless technique is practicable.
