The design of the control system for high-pressure submerged combustion device
The control system of high-pressure submerged combustion device with 5MPa pressure is developed in accordance with the requirements of high-pressure submerged combustion technology.In the control system design,the characteristics of the submerged combustion technology such as the high submerged combustion pressure,the big liquid level fluctuation,the grand difficulty of the monitor,the combustion flame are considered and the functions such as the combustion ignition,the monitor for the combustion process and the liquid level,system linkage protection can be realized by this control system.The experiments show that,the process requirements of the high-pressure submerged combustion vaporization technology can be contented by the control system.
