The Analysis on Public Participation in Public Policy Formulation—Based on System Dynamics Perspective
Based on system dynamics view,this article uses three system archetypes to analysis the problems of public participation in public policy formulation.The three system archetypes are respectively virtuous circle that public participation has good effect on public policy process;growth limitation that there are factors to limit the number of people participating in public policy and rich men being more richer that social resources are obtained only by the people participating in public policy process.With the three system archetypes,then this article provides some methods to strengthen our countrys public participation.
