Production capacity evaluation of mixed production line based on network model
Mixed production line yielding various products is a complicate system and its production capacity is difficult to evaluate.Then manufacturing resources undertaking production duties is regard as vertices,while relationship among vertices is defined as directed edges.The directed network model is constructed to analyze the architecture of production line and determine the status of manufacturing vertices.Some mathematie model is built to characterize basic elements and network mixed production line with some feature sets and matrixes.The importance and utilizable rate of vertices is determined according to their degree.Then the capacity is evaluated by means of comparing available capacity and mission load.Finally an actual production line with 41 manufacturing vertices and 15 products is presented as an example.The maximum output is given using approach mentioned in this paper
