Application of Decision Support System on Chinese Automobile Recall

摘要：

Because of information like complaints or accidents related with vehicle defects dispersed,and to make up the shortage of Chinese recall and lack of support by relevant recall law,a decision support system was put forward for Chinese automobile recall,which was composed of three parts:Information collection,information processing and analysis,and decision information output.With the help of crawler program and data input interface respectively absolute information will be combined.By added to the experts knowledge and some data mining technique,some information to assistant to decision for Chinese related recall agency was given in the output of system.Using lasted Toyota recall according to gas pedal faults,it was proved to be useful and effective.
