The Design of Concrete Ingredient System Based on Fuzzy Control
Concrete ingredient process is a non-stable parameters model.In order to resolve the problems of low precision and bad real-time of traditional control methods of ingredient system,in this paper,we use the factor self-modify fuzzy control algorithm,it makes the rules and parameters adjust themselves automatically,and makes them perfect finally so as to let the concrete ingredient system perfect and achieve optimal result.Study result indicates that the factor self-modify fuzzy control system,compared with traditional PID modulator and traditional fuzzy controller,have good output respond,no overshoot,adjust and stronger robustness of the parameter.
