The Research of CNC Spring Coiler Based on PMAC
According to current spring coiler and the process requirement of spring in China,one kind of four-axis CNC of special automatic spring coiler was designed.This system was based on Windows XP service platform and has open architecture characteristic.PMAC movement controller is used as core in the system.The paper expounded the hardware constitution of CNC,structural design of system software,the interface structure,the data communication,the servo-control and so on.The result indicated that the system can satisfy the demand of CNC spring coiler.
