Structure Simulation And Intensity Analysis Of Cam Damping Mechanism Of The Forestry Walking Robot

The cam damping mechanism of the forestry walking robot was designed and a kinematic analysis was made in its structure.The mechanical model of the cam contact stress was built,and the model strength was calculated through the simulation parameters.The strength analysis simulation of the main damping components was made by ansys,which pointed out that the risk area of deformation of the damping element in the course of the movement.The result showed the maximum stress and deformation of the vertical direction in the risk area,the feasibility and theoretical analysis and the calculation of cam mechanism material was demonstrated,which provided a theoretical basis for the design of the damping mechanism and was really conducive to the development of forestry walking robot.
