The Application of Interactive and Stratified Cooperative Learning in Shot Putting Teaching
In the practice of shot putting teaching,the application of interactive and stratified cooperative learning is realized by making the teaching process systematic and hierarchical,and making students in their competency improved through mutual help and cooperation,can stipulate the students to learn automatically and actively,and better complete the teaching tasks and achieve teaching objectives,thus promoting effectiveness in both teaching and learning.It can be achieved by well organizing each teaching sectors,including dividing the students into condign groups,setting suitable objectives for each level,preparing for the lesson planning,out-class homework and the guidance in inand-out class teaching,coordinating communication within groups and among different groups.
