An algorithm of Fast Digital Image Rotation Based on Incremental Positioning and Symmetry
For the defects of traditional image rotation methods,such as excessive operations and low executive efficiency,a new algorithm based on incremental positioning and symmetry is proposed.Making use of the space-correlation of pixels,a great of float-point operations and floatinteger conversion operations are replaced with incremental addition operations when positioning the new pixels,and the thinking of image symmetry greatly reduces the amount of the pixels that need to be located.Experiments show that the new rotation algorithm can accelerate the image rotation by times by comparing with the traditional image rotation algorithm.
