The Thesis provides a Symmetric Real-time Non-touch Arc Generation Technology.It describes the circuit diagram and principle of the technology,gives analysis to the major parameters,the current-time function expression,the relation between R,L,and C,and the calculation of the maximum of arc duration and current value.It provides the theoretical basis for the practical circuit design.
