The Design of c+ + Socket Class for Cross-platform

摘要：

This paper designed a cross-platform Scoket class:Socket_T and SocketGroupT.It can work under linux or windows software development environment.The class encapsulates most of the socket api.By extending this class it can simplify the development of network programing.
