Qualitative Analysis of H1N1 Dynamic Model with the Isolated Compartment

In this paper,we propose and analysis the dynamical model of the spread of H1N1 influence.The basic reproduction numberR0 is obtained,which determine whether the disease die out or remain endemic.The global asymptotic behavior of disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium is proved.If R0 is less than or equal to one,the H1N1 influence will die out,and if R0 is greater than one,the disease will remain endemic.The results show that quarantine measures are effective for the control of the H1N1 spread.
