Application of principal component analysis and cluster analysis In patent system innovation performance

摘要：

It is an important problem that how to determine the innovation performance of patent system.A two-stage approach constructed by combining principal component analysis (PCA) with cluster analysis is proposed for patent system innovation performance.Using a set of real continuous data in China,the results show that this method developed in this paper well validated that there is a significant promotion on innovation performance reform and this method can be applied in other areas.
