Study of modeling and simulation technology of the blade production line
The paper made a model for virtual environment of production by using the object-oriented modeling technology on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of production line for a certain blade;The simulation for blade production line is performed by using the control strategy of simulation based on discrete event.The statistics of equipment load,process period,process number,processing way and so on is made.The analysis to the bottleneck work and the equipment utilization rate is carried on eM-plant simulator platform.The analysis result provided the science basis for the formulation of production scheduling strategy as well as the reasonable assignment operating time of worker.
