Optimization for Chest Injury of a Vehicle Based on C-NCAP
Chest injury has an important position in C-NCAP criterion.The star level of many vehicles depends on the score of dummy chest,therefore,it is significant for vehicle safety performance to study chest injury.In order to find out the way of optimization,this paper analyzes test data first,and then builds the whole simulation model by Madymo combining with the concrete circumstances of the vehicle,makes the DOE analysis with Isight,finally the chest injury is decreased by optimized simulation model,the score of chest increases,and the vehicle star level reaches the target.
