RESEARCH ON SPATTER REDUCING OF MAG/MIG MIXED TRANSFER ARC WELDING

摘要：

The processing property of MIG/MAG mixed transfer welding arc is described in this paper,especially its problems.The mechanism of welding spatter is studied.Based on the research of instantaneous shortcircuit transfer,methods to reduce its welding spatter are proposed.The spatter is effectively controlled by inhibiting the formation of instantaneous short circuiting transfer,as well as improving the existing control system.
