Research on the Depth Application of Investigation Video Image Processing System Based on Super resolution Techniques
nowadays,most of the current criminal investigation system uses phase of information gathering by hand,information processing capacity can not meet the needs of criminal investigation.Investigators need to conduct frequent mass video recording,long artificial video browsing,its high labor intensity,low efficiency.In this paper,firstly,we development and design applications to meet the needs of forensic video image processing system of criminal investigation according to the business needs.And then we research on the face image super-resolution and super resolution technology,the adoption of the technology to substantially increase the actual surveillance video in harsh environments can be reconstructed image recognizable to improve the ability of the suspect object identification.Finally,Video information through electronic tagging and processing technology,lowlevel features of video,temporal and spatial relationship features,sports features such as processing,extraction,analysis,understanding,and said electronic tagging to achieve standardization of criminal investigation.It also compared the use of information associated with clues to realize forensic data integration and reuse of resources,thus,reducing the labor intensity of forensic detection.
