Research and Implementation of Workflow-based Human Resources Management System

With the accelerated process of social information,it is very urgent to improve the success rate of system construction;this issue also is significant one should be solved for the society informatization.The main functions of workflow technology are enterprise workflow automation and BPR (Business Process Reengineering),workflow can provide a solid platform for enterprises to simplify the development process,make the application development easier,to improve efficiency and flexibility of the application development,and to reduce the cost of application development.In this paper,the basic concepts and features of workflow technology were introduced,and the advantages of workflow technology were described,and then,based on workflow technology,one human resources management system was researched,designed and implemented.
