The Completions of partial inverse M-matrices have been studied widely.But most researches are limited in the condition that the partial matrix is position symmetry.In the paper, we will break into the restriction and discuss the completion and completion algorithm of the partial inverse M-matrix whose graph is a semi-cycle.
