The Design on Thermostatic Oil Tank of the Forming Equipment on Pressing and Spinning
based on the isothermal forming technology of pressing and spinning, designed the thermostatic fuel tank structure through the heat conduction computation, the heat conductivity values analysis and working theory.It implements high-precision automatic control system by fuzzy— PID hybrid control technology in SCM.The results show that tank run stable, system temperature fluctuation less than ± 0.06, accuracy to meet the design requirements.
