An Improved Construction Method on a New Strengthening Buffer Operator and Numerical Simulation

摘要：

Ameliorating the smoothness of the data sequence is an effective way to enhance the prediction accuracy of CM (1,1) model.With deep analysis of the existing strengthen operator, two types of new strengthen operator have constructed in this paper according to the new buffer operator axioms and principles of information priority.The article has studied its characteristics and internal relations, such examples have demonstrated the effectiveness and practicality of operators, while solving the problem about the quantitative predictions inconsistent with qualitative conclusions we can refer to the methods.
