Study on Extended-HOQ based Customer Demands Processing
With the development of economy and society, customers are unsatisfied with the stereotyped products, the individuation voice come up.As customers usually describe their demands in nature language, it presents challenges: the demands are usually conflicting with each other and are often imprecise.The paper studies the operation process of handling customer demand.HOQ are proposed in this research to map the customer demands into technical demands.In order to map the demands more accurately, the paper build the extended HOQ model based on clustering algorithm.These methods of processing the customer demands will help the manufacturer adjust their product design and reduce the risk of customer dissatisfaction.
