Design Knowledge Reuse Based on Product Features
A method based on the product design features was developed to support the reuse of design knowledge in order to promote the innovation and efficiency in the process of concept design.With the novel approaches of questionnaire and semantic differential (SD) method etc, the quantitatively connection between product feature and product image was established, the targets and process of design knowledge reuse were builded.And by introducing the mathematical method and reasoning algorithm, the system can provide the knowledge to the designer through the design cases, supporting design knowledge reuse
