An Innovative Financing Mode Based on Network Joint Guarantee for SMEs

摘要：

This paper first analyzes external causes of the financing difficulties for SMEs and the defects in the existing Guarantee mode.Then base on the discussion of the concept and characteristics of network financing, we analyze the mechanism and the application of Network Joint Guarantee financing mode.After that we propose our policy recommendations on the developing this new mode.
