Analysis of the Factors of Enterprise Informatization Project Management Based on AHP

摘要：

Enterprise informatization is more than just a business information system project, which is a radical change in the enterprise.It runs through all levels of business strategy.This paper introduced the urgency of the enterprise informatization in China as well as the importance and particularity of project management.The paper adopted the knowledge of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to model a multicriteria Enterprise Informatization management system.Theoretical foundations and application processes of AHP were discussed.The case study in this paper proves that the AHP method can solve problems effectively.
