Research on the Human Capital Contribution Value Measurement Index System of the Project Manager Based on Project Performance
For the success of the project, project management strategy research focuses on structure and planning action influence (such as budget, completion date and quality).In the past, project management is considered technical system rather than behavior system.Relatively little attention has got the human capital factor.The paper uses the ANP model to measure the project manager of Human Capital Contribution Value (HCCV) measurement index system which based on project performance.Human capital is an established branch of economic theory concerned with the value embodied in the projects success;Project managers knowledge and experience have a major impact on project performance and focus on using a human capital framework.This paper first analyzes the key factors in project success, and then according to the project success factors contribute to the project manager to determine the value of index system.According to the network between the various indicators, use the ANP algorithm, By SD software solution, obtain project managers contribution to the value on the evaluation of priority indicators
