As peoples health and safety consciousness improving, various toxic or harmful gases, industrial waste, food and living environment quality and workplaces environment quality inspection were put forward higher request This paper gives the working principle of Quartz Crystal Microbalance Gas Sensor.The paper analyzes and evaluates the Quartz Crystal Microbalance Gas Sensor by artificial neural network.
