Numerical Simulation Technique of Temperature Field on the Solid Rubber Tyre with Multi-heat Sources

Taking into account of the tire rubber, tire compound hysteresis loss heat lag heat, the generation of heat by friction friction hot heat source and solar radiation sources of thermal radiation of sun effects, using the finite element analysis software, and adopting the method of coupling MECHANlCAL-heat sequencing analysis, we simulated and calculated the Three-dimensional unsteady temperature field of tire, and analyzed the influence of load, driving speed, environmental temperature solar radiation, etc. on the temperature field of solid tires. The results showed that speed, ambient temperature, solar radiation influenced little on the temperature rise of law, while load greatly influenced on the temperature.
