The Development and Countermeasures Study of Chinese DOI

摘要：

This article firstly introduces the developing situation of DOI at home and abroad, and on this basis analyses thorough the Chinese DOI present problems. Then it compares three development Chinese DOI countermeasures, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of them. Finally, this article puts forward some development suggestions of Chinese DOI.
