Non-linear Vibration Analysis of Internal Grinding Process
Vibration is a key factor in system stability of internal grinding process. Single degree of freedom non-linear dynamical model on vibration system of internal grinding had been established. Numerical results of vibration equations were figured out by Matlab software adopting the method of Runge-Kutta. Phenomenon of quasi-periodic and chaotic vibrations of the vibration system was discussed by using the method of Bifurcation diagram, Phase graph and Poincare section. It is found that, during the grinding process, the variation of stiffness and damping accounts for the vibration.
