Working out and Development on Management System of Material Consumption Quota
It is an important component of CAPP that material quota is calculated. In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency, huge workload, strong repetitiveness and high wrong rate in the calculating material quota at present, by means of several years spot experience, reasonable consumption coefficients K of various blanks including plate, bar steel, wrought steel, pipe steel and molding board were worked out, mathematics models of calculating gross weight for varieties of blanks and a reasonable designing method of material consumption quota were put forward. A calculation and management system of material consumption quota based on Client/Server mode is developed, which has high efficiency and practicality, can work out material consumption quota of parts quickly, accurately and scientifically and overall manage data report, data summary, comprehensive query and reports print. By using the system, different departments such as Planning Dept.. Supply Dept.. Production Dept. and Financial Dept. can collectively work and share the data, which provides rapid and accurate data for working out plan of material demand, procurement, cost accounting and material quality auditing and tracking. The data stream relations among the modules between material quota management information system and the rest management information systems are analyzed. The main function modules such as material code, calculation and summary query of material quota, output reports, data input and output, and its implementation method are introduced in this paper.
