Measurement of Ecological Technology Innovation Based on Improved Fuzzy-Integral Method for Low Carbon Economy

摘要：

Considering the characters of ecological technology innovation, this paper sets up the measure index system which includes innovation principal part, ability, process and benefit. As its multiple and fuzzy traits, this paper applies an improved fuzzyintegral measure method to solve the problem. Employing this method, a demonstrated analysis of MS group is conducted, which proves the effective of the method.
