Research on Identification Manner of Re-accessing to Network

摘要：

This paper describes a new method of identification re-access to network which isnt affected by deficiency information of customers or replacement mobile phone. It identifies the customers who reaccess to network by calling interaction circle, SMS interaction circle and the information of IMEI. Firstly, set up the set of customers to be matched and added, then exact the calling effective interaction circle, SIMS effective interaction circle. According to the coincidence degree, determine the threshold, then determine the customers who re-access to network combined with the information of IMEI.
