Setting method of pedestrian signal Based on survival analysis
The setting of traffic control signal was optimized to protect crossing pedestrian. Through analyzing the vehicle arrival characteristic, a delay model of different vehicle arrival characteristics was established. Besides, pedestrian maximum bearable waiting time was calculated by using survival analysis. Under this condition, contrast analyzed the average pedestrian delay under different vehicle arrival characteristics and obtained the critical flow condition of pedestrian signal setting.
