Study on Quotation Methology of Autos Stamping Die
The traditional quotation of autos stamping die is made according to much experience of professionals, traditional die weighting or working hours methods > because many kinds of dies that have complicated structures and tbeir pricing multi-factors cause their quotations to be very difficult. This paper researched the method of autos stamping die quotations based on fuzzy similarity comparison by a die pricing method combining fuzzy close-degree analysis with exponential smoothing prediction in fuzzy mathematics theory.Compared with traditional quotations, the quotation method has a good characterics to respond the faithful cost change. It determined ten key characteric elements and their similar correlation coefficients to influence stamping dies prices. Every element has a weight value evaluating stamping dies price. The built quoting system for stamping dies with fuzzy similarity comparison is easily operated by different users who have no much professional experience. The quoting system is accurate and quick.
