Confidentiality and Integrity of Aggregated Data in Wireless Sensor Networks
wireless sensor networks are composed of sensors with low computational and energy resources. Transmission of data is one of the most energy consuming operations in such networks. Data aggregation is an essential operation which is performed to increase network life time by reducing data transmissions. However, by aggregating multiple data into one, the security of them is no longer guaranteed. Recently concealed data aggregation methods have been proposed to provide energy efficient, end to end confidentiality, but not much work has been done to preserve integrity of the encrypted aggregated data. In this paper we have proposed a scalable, and energy efficient method to preserve end to end confidentiality and integrity of aggregated data against outsider attacks. This method prevents blind rejection of aggregated data through a distributed verification scheme.
