Availability and Reliability Analysis based on the Weibull Distribution in Communication Networks

摘要：

The current trend is to integrate a constantly increasing number of services in the same communication networks. Some services have very high availability and reliability requirements, while other services have lower ones. Because the Weibull distribution is one of the most widely used lifetime distributions in reliability engineering, the paper presents a comprehensive analysis based on Weibull distribution related to availability and reliability in the communication networks. Finally, a numerical example of Weibull parameters is provided.
