Application of Fuzzy Controller in CSFTM
In the process of CFTM (Constant speed friction testing machine) cooling experiment, it is difficult to suppress the temperature overshoot in traditional methods. Based on the model of CFTM temperature system and the theory of T-S (Takagi-Sugeno) fuzzy controller, the CFTM controller was designed in the paper, the results of simulation verified the validity of the methods, and real experiments indicated that the phenomena of temperature overshoot was inhibited effectively, and the veracity was also improved at the same time.
