Study of Gray Continuity in Metallographical Image of Broken Line Type Gray after Dilation
The key of computer-aided quantitative metallographic analysis lays in metallographical image processing. Mathematical morphology is very important in the metallographical image processing. Dilation is one of the most basic operations in the mathematical morphology. In this paper, the affects of the operation on gray continuity in the metallographical image of broken line gray was researched, which is related to the size of structural element.
