Numerical Simulation of the Discrete Model of Bistable System for Stability Analysis
The stability of the discrete model of bistable system in the numerical simulation of stochastic resonance (SR) is studied. Numerical simulation is the generally used method in the study of SR in bistable system. The stability analysis of the discrete model of bistable system is the basis for simulation of SR. Through theoretical derivation, the stability conditions of the simulation model with different parameters are proposed. The numerical experiment is carried out and the results coincide with that from the theory. It provides guideline for the choice of system parameters and time step in numerical simulation of SR in bistable system.
