Design and Research of Mine Pre-mill Fuzzy and Automatic Control System

Mine pre-mill, which includes crushing and grinding, can be used for pre-grinding production in the ore mining. At present, the control method of this device mainly depends on a manual operation. It is hard to fulfill the need of crushing and grinding procedure because of low control precision and low-level efficiency and relatively poor quality. According to fuzzy control theory, a double-input-double-output automatic control system is designed on account of production process characters about mine pre-mill. The simulation by MATLAB shows that the adaptivity and robustness of the system are obviously improved, real-time control of the spindle speed and the feeding are achieved, and the product quality and the working stability of pre-mill are remarkably increased after using fuzzy control.
