Data Mining Theory and Its Application on Satellite Orbit Determination
Data mining theory is playing a more and more important part in area satellite orbit determination. In the small satellite orbit determination, dynamic model error and observation model error will inevitably occur. Reduced dynamic method was used to compensate the dynamic model based on dense and high precise observation data. If the observation data contains uncertain system error, the traditional reduced method will not work normally. Extending reduced dynamic model was proposed to solve the model error not only in dynamic model but also in observation model. Three types of orbit determination process was proposed, and a uniform orbit determination was created, which can describe the whole orbit determination function with dynamic model error, observation model error and so on. The extending reduced dynamic method of uniform orbit determination based on semi-parameter estimation was put forward to compensate the mixed uncertainty system error. Finally an simulation experiment was proceed, which proved the validity of the algorithm.
