Strategy Study on Sports Informatization Construction
Sports informatization construction is the core aspect of our national sports modernization construction. This study apply systematic scientific method system and complex systematic modeling method to analyze the current characteristics of China sports informatization construction, the characteristics are intensive needs, lag development; diversified model, uneven effect; rapid development, sound trend. Meanwhile, the study summarized eight pieces of strategy in the current sports informatization construction to the existing trend and characteristics. They are formulating and promoting strategic plan of sports informatization, making sure the stage target and duty; formulating standards, laws and disciplines; formulating holistic planning, step-by-step implementation and promotion on key points; taking benefits drive as principle, selecting proper information model; fully utilizing social forces, selecting appropriate co-partners; cultivating and stabilizing informatization talents team; necessary capital investment and using sports informatization to promote sports management reform. Finally, the study could provide some systematic sustainable and valuable advice on China sports informatization.
